These terms govern your use of the website alyt.ai, operated by ALYT, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KVK 84631449, VAT NL003991224B97), at Lange Niezel 22, 1012 GT Amsterdam.
What this website is
alyt.ai presents ALYT’s educational simulation platform and lets you get in touch, book a demo or request an evaluation. Access to the platform itself is granted under separate agreements with institutions.
Not medical advice, not a medical device
Everything on this site and in the ALYT platform is educational simulation. It is not a medical device, it provides no medical advice, and it must not be used in the diagnosis or treatment of real patients. Every patient shown is simulated.
Use of the site
You may browse and share what we publish here for personal, educational or evaluation purposes. Do not misuse the site: no large-scale scraping, no attempts to breach security, and no use of our name or brand to suggest endorsement.
Content and ownership
The site, its design, text and imagery belong to ALYT or are used with permission. Product screenshots show simulated teaching material only.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services, for example Calendly for bookings. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is, for information. To the extent permitted by law, ALYT is not liable for damage arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did.
Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
