What this policy covers

This policy covers the website alyt.ai. The ALYT platform at educational.alyt.ai is provided to institutions under separate agreements that govern how learner data is handled; this page is about the website you are reading now.

What we collect on this site

The website is informational. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or profiling of any kind.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

Email. If you email us at mel@alyt.ai, we receive your address and what you write, and we use it only to reply.

Demo bookings. Book-a-demo links go to Calendly, which processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

The platform, and patient data

ALYT is an educational simulation platform. Every patient in it is simulated: no real patient data is used, collected or processed, ever. Learner performance data inside the platform is processed for the subscribing institution’s teaching purposes and is stored inside the EU.

Where data lives

The website is served by Vercel Inc. (USA); transfers outside the EEA are protected by appropriate safeguards under EU law, including Standard Contractual Clauses. Platform data is stored in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, via Supabase).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Write to mel@alyt.ai. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

When our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
